We understand that shopping online can be difficult. So we have tailored Wolf & the Wildling's refunds, shipping and return policy to reflect this.
We are a slow fashion brand with the majority of our items being handmade to order. Most items will take between 1-2 weeks to complete depending on our artisans work load.
Once completed the same women who make your items will carefully pack and ship your item which can take between 1-3 days.
As we do not use large packing warehouses or storage facilities - it does take between 1-3 days for the item to be sent from the machinists homes in rural China to a transfer station for international shipping.
From this point we fulfill your order and update tracking details. This stage of the journey can take between 5-10 working days depending on your location.
We will keep you informed through email every step of the process and tracking information will be supplied.
We do hope you enjoy your purchase however if the item is faulty or you have purchased the wrong size we will accept returns with a full refund. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is at your cost.
If you wish to swap your item for another size or style we will take responsibility for the postage fee.
All items come with a 1-month (30 days) warranty. During this period you can either return your item(s) for a full refund, get a replacement, or make an exchange.
We do ask that you read the washing instructions and that these instructions are adhered to. We deal with some delicate fabrics which can be damaged if washed incorrectly. We will not accept returns for damages caused by incorrect washing techniques. If you have any concerns or questions regarding washing your items please feel free to get in touch directly.

Our pieces are handmade to order from our very talented team of women. Each woman works from their own home around their own children and family commitments within a small rural province of China. They also pack and ship each item from their den to yours.
We love that each item has been made by only one artisan from the very start to the very finish while empowering extremely talented women to work independently. They no longer need to leave children behind to work in a factory environment which are often located inside the cities.
